The Volunteer Investment and Value Audit (VIVA) model has been developed to highlight the economic value of volunteers work through assessing the total value of volunteering by considering the total cost the National Society spends on its volunteers vis-a-vis the total economic value of the services they have rendered. Therefore, this study has been carried out on Bangladesh Red Crescent Youth Volunteers’ response to people affected by Rana Plaza Building Collapse in Savar, Bangladesh.
