The Success Story Book “Voice of the Women, Voice of the Earth” has been published based on the achievements that were accumulated through the implementation of the Economic Empowerment of Rural Women (EERW) Programme in Bangladesh. Documenting and using success stories is the major work for preparing the document and demonstrating the outcomes of the programme. In this regard, ethical standards were maintained while doing the fieldwork for accumulating the success stories from the direct women beneficiaries who got different livelihoods support under the programme. The community people and women beneficiaries were informed about the objectives for collecting the success stories. Written permission was taken from the beneficiaries by proper format of BDRCS; whose opinions and photos have been used in the report. The Department of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRM), BDRCS will preserve the ownership of the publication.
