PMO has been supporting with Health & PSS, WASH, DRR & CPP, Relief & Livelihood, Shelter, PGI and CEA interventions at 17 camps in Ukhiya & Teknaf and 04 unions in Ukhiya upazila intensively and by implementing Cyclone Preparedness Programme (CPP) covering all 34 camps in Cox’s Bazar district targeting 884,000 people of camp settlement

The COVID-19 pandemic, deepened by the effects of devastating monsoon flash flood, and has exacerbated the suffering and humanitarian needs of the camp and host communities.
In collaboration with the Government, BDRCS as an ‘Auxiliary to the Government’ keeps continued its humanitarian assistances with the support of the IFRC, UNHCR, ICRC and other RCRC National Partners Societies (PNSs) in coordination with the RRRC, Civil Surgeon, other Government sectors and humanitarian agencies.
