Bangladesh Red Crescent Society is delighted to share its Strategic Plan for the period 2021-2025 which outlines the mission, vision, and strategic goals. The process of formulating a new strategic plan at BDRCS has given us the opportunity to take stock on past success and failures, to determine our vision and future goals in light of challenges ahead and put forward strategies for our developments not only in response to changing needs but also as an active participant in humanitarian sector. The strategic plan which is comprised of three strategic goals, four strategic hubs, five transformations, six humanitarian challenges and seven sectoral services will help us to stay focused on achieving our long-term aspirations as well as our routine tasks.
