BDRCS Promotes it’s Toll-Free Number

Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) playing a crucial humane role in the relief, rescue and rehabilitation of hundreds and thousands of victims of flood, cyclone and other natural disasters in Bangladesh. BDRCS has its own TOLL-FREE Number 16226 where anyone can call for free, from 9 AM to 5 PM every day, to get information and services of BDRCS, and share opinions, complaints, and feedback regarding BDRCS services and activities.
To promote this Toll-Free number 16226, BDRCS organized a series of Gombhira Style Drama and Folk Music Fest in Rajshahi and Sylhet under Pilot Programmatic partnership (PPP) project.
The Gombhira was organized by BDRCS Rajshahi City Unit and the Folk Music Fest by BDRCS Sylhet Unit.
BDRCS is implementing the PPP with the support of the EU Civil Protection & Humanitarian Aid-DG ECHO, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies – IFRCDeutsches Rotes KreuzDanish Red Cross and Swedish Red Cross.
