‘A level up’ reviews the Disaster Risk Management (DRM) program that Bangladesh Red Crescent (BDRCS) and Swiss Red Cross (SRC) have been pursuing since July 2017. The report is based on mixed-method field research (January 2021) that included a resilience radar survey in the program area
of Fulchari as well as the possible expansion area of Sundarganj, ten resilience star exercises in selected communities, a staff reflection workshop and numerous key informant interviews. Fulchari survey results have been compared with those of the 2017 baseline. Findings of the review and recommendations for future programming are summarized below.
