Rangamati Unit:

The Rangamati Red Crescent Unit was established in 1973 under the leadership of  Mr. Jinat Ali, Deputy Commissioner of  Undivided Chittagong Hill Tracts District. and Mr. Jinat Ali was the first chairman of the Rangamati Red Crescent unit.

Dr. A K Dewan was first Life Member of Rangamati Red Crescent Unit in 1979 and he was a social warker.

There are 02 (Two) existing Projects in Rangamati Unit, these are (1) Economic Security (EcoSec) from 2016 and (2) WASH from 2020.
